Shipping policy

Jillian Trumpet Creative ships all orders New York, USA to all of the US, Canada and other parts of the world. 

Orders are delivered by USPS, UPS, DHL. 

Free shipping is conditioned on specific requirements and only applies to the contiguous United States.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All in-stock items will ship within 2-4 business days.  Products from the same order may ship separately without additional charges.

Please verify accuracy of your shipping address when placing an order.  Orders shipped via UPS cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

Undeliverable, incorrect address or refused packages that are returned to us will be cancelled and unable to be re-shipped.  A refund will be issued, less the shipping charges which are non-refundable.
